Artistic Fairytale-Interpretations
In a time very long ago people much more than today used to live
under the advices of tales and experiences those tales were telling of.
Talented storytellers created stories - so fairytales were born.
These should bring practical help to people, advice in morality
to be a kind of assistance to important life decisions.
Since I have been a child these tales have fascinated me
and I nearly have picked them into pieces. I wanted to know:
What was the sense of these tales? What should we learn from them?
When did this fairytale "live"? Where had it been "brought to life"?
And what sort of clothes did people wear at that time? That has never left me behind!
So I have created these little personalities and put their clothes
lifelike back into history depending on the actual fairytale.
I didn't spare any material,
no costs and no hard work avoiding to make "just any" doll -
therefore instead inviting the UKL - collector and doll lover to take
a flight through the colorful world of fairytales under my attendance,
switch off all-day-life, to dream...
and perhaps play-with a little bit.
You will feel sunshine on rainy days, a tickling in the belly,
perhaps you'll also feel a deep desire to stay at such a peaceful place.
I like to invite you to hold silent chats with the fairytale figures for yourself.

Ute Kase Lepp has created season doll scenes since her childhood.
She has decided to make these dolls not only as unicates or small series
but also as limited manufacture dolls for the first time.
So even more collectors now have got the possibility
to adopt such a doll by Ute Kase Lepp to their collection.

much more interest in books - if in her childhood more fairytales, fables and stories
have been told to them. What means
