or even Iceland ? In the last mentioned there is a very peculiar department : the "Authority for FABULOUS BEINGS", Fairies, Trolls and so on. What they've got to do? If somewhere a new street or pipeline etc. is planned to be built they have to start "action"- that means, they proof if perhaps inside THAT green hill the building probably could destroy such a being might be residential. And that was it with the planning then. To risk a struggle against those ? What the hell do you think ?!? I'm happy about that.
