Just the prototype will be created in the artist's atelier; after moulding and artist's corrections a limited edition of about 250-500 dolls will be produced at the best manufacture that is available. You can be sure: Limited MEANS limited. The production of a doll will be STOPPED if her limit number is reached.
Strong calculations make it possible to offer this sort of dolls at a prize level of about 150 to 300 €. So now each lover of Ute Kase Lepp dolls is able (and invited) to add these to his collection.
The excellent relation(ship) between price and "That-what-you-get-for" has easy reasons: The costs for modeling and mold-building can be distributed not only on a single doll or small limited editions but on whole series; fabrics and accessories can be also ordered much cheaper without having to deal with any compromises about their quailities.

But manufacture productions and factory productions are different. Machines are used by making factory productions. This is not acceptable for my porcelain dolls. All of my manufacture dolls are pure handcrafted editions under my strong supervision on the production process and at its end.
